When you use ApexTech44's services or submit a booking or lead form, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details. We only collect what's necessary to provide our services.
If you connect your Google account to an ApexTech44 AI agent, you authorize ApexTech44 to access the Google services you choose to connect, which may include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Tasks, and Google Drive (Docs and Sheets). This access is granted through Google's OAuth authorization on your device — we never receive or store your Google password. Access is limited to the scopes you approve and only the account(s) you personally connect.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver project services, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve our internal processes. Connected Google data is used solely to perform the tasks you request of your AI agent (for example: drafting and sending email on your instruction, scheduling meetings, managing tasks and contacts, and reading documents you point us to). We do not sell your data to third parties.
ApexTech44's use of data received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the AI agent services you have requested. We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the service, and we do not use Google API data for advertising, resale, or any independent purpose without your explicit consent.
By submitting a booking or contact form, you consent to receiving emails related to your inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
We retain your information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data — including data your AI agent has processed from connected Google services — at any time by contacting us at the email listed on our Contact page. You may also revoke ApexTech44's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions); revocation is immediate and requires no contact with us.
We use Resend for transactional email delivery and Google's APIs for connected-account services. These providers process data solely for the purpose of delivering communications and services from ApexTech44.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
